How do I place an order?

Simply add your goodies to your virtual shopping basket, click on Checkout, fill in the required details and choose your preferred method of payment, we'll take care of the rest.

After your order has been completed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with all the order details. We will also notify you as soon as your order has left our sacred halls.

All that's left for you to do now is sit back in joyous anticipation.

What's the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on www.goodiyou.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you're signed in, click "Orders" from the menu, and behold! You're always welcome to reach out via emailing hello@goodiyou.com.
Does my purchase carry a warranty?
Most of our products have 12 months warranty. Warranty details can be found on the product page.
Where can I track my order?
To track your order, sign in to your account to see your order history and tracking information. You can also track your order here.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service by emailing hello@goodiyou.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Why can’t I log into my GooDIYou account?
If you can’t access your GooDIYou account, it may not have been activated. After you open your account, you’ll be sent an account activation email. Make sure you activate your account to be able to log in for future purchases. If you’re still having issues, drop us a line and we’ll help you out!
Where is my order?

When will I get my order?

Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Kindly note that free shipping is applied to any order.

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time 1 - 4 days.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

If you choose free shipping (default), your order will be delivered within 9-18 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Or you can also choose Express shipping with an extra fee, your order will be delivered around a week earlier after it leaves our warehouse. Stadard or Express  shipping fee is not refundable.

We do not guarantee arrival dates for International packages due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end.

What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

Once your order is shipped out, there is nothing much we can do to amend the shipping address. If you have entered an incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided to receive your package. If this address does not exist, insufficient, or undeliverable, it will be hold temporarily by the shipping carrier and eventually discarded if not claimed in time. While the tracking online might say the package returned to sender, it was in most cases being hold at some processing station of the shipping carrier (not in our hands). Those packages will be discarded by the carrier if not claimed in a timely manner.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please email hello@goodiyou.com with your order details immediately. We will do our best to help resolve it with the shipping carrier. There is no guarantee and may occur extra charge for the change of address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Can I reject the package of an order I don't want anymore?
If you do not want an item anymore, please contact customer support to return the item for refund.. Rejecting a package does not cancel the order. Rejecting a package may result in loss of the items or unexpected shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for the loss and extra shipping/handling fee if a package is rejected at the customer's address without prior approval from GooDIYou.
What about Customs, Duties and Taxes?

In addition to the shipping costs, you will be responsible for paying the amount of Customs Duties & Taxes (for customs clearance). We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered and are based on both the type and value of the item(s) being shipped. These fees are mandatory government taxes and are not collected by us. Shipping carriers may prepaid Tax and Duties to customs for package clearance and later collect from recipient.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes us to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that GooDIYou may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

Customers shall be responsible for Duty and Tax. Customers shall be responsible for customs clearance. Customers shall be held responsible for shipment pricing/charges due to shipment abandonment, rejection, undeliverable or return caused by custom's clearance process.

International Shipping Disclaimer?
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please look up your country's duty regulations to see if duties apply to your order. GooDIYou is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
What happens if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
All of our delivery carriers will leave you a ‘failed delivery’ card.
Couriers will attempt a second delivery the next working day but If you don't receive your parcel you can always use the tracking information in the email to re-arrange delivery to a different time or place.
ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. If you want to cancel an order after the 30-minute window, you may email us at hello@goodiyou.com. We can only cancel the order if it has not been processed.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If there is any change you want to apply to your order or you want to cancel your order, please inform us at  hello@goodiyou.com. within one day after you placed the order. If the order is cancelled you will get a refund. Kindly note that no changes can be made if the order has been shipped out and completed.
What is your return policy?

How do I set up a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date for any reason(unless otherwise noted on the product page). Just email hello@goodiyou.com with your order details and we’ll send you the return instructions. We also accept exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Returned items for exchange or refund should be new and ready for resale. It must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Returned items not in original condition for reasons that are not our error, are subject to a restocking fee being deducted from your refund. Returned or exchanged items must be received by us within 30 calendar days of return/exchange notice.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.
Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation refund are processed within 5 business days.
Return & Exchange without a receipt or an order number?
If you do not have a valid receipt or order number, we will attempt to verify the purchase using your email or shipping address. If we cannot verify the purchase, a return or an exchange cannot be processed.
What is your exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange any unworn product that is still in its original packaging within 30 calendar days of purchase. We offer free return postage. Once we receive the products, we will mail your new items. 
When will I receive my refund?
It usually takes a few days for your item to make its way back to us, however, you should receive your money back within 5 days. If this is not the case, please contact us.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Change of heart huh? If an item is faulty or damaged or you would prefer something else from our shop, please let us know using the contact us at hello@goodiyou.com and we will look into getting it exchanged. For damaged goods, it would be great if you could include a photo too.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
You can only use one discount code at a time.
I forgot to apply a coupon code to my order?
We can still honor the coupon code for the price difference if the coupon is valid at the time you contact us. Just email us at hello@goodiyou.com. Please note we cannot provide a direct refund to your original payment account for the coupon value.
Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
Our system will accept one coupon code per order. You will have to make separate purchases to redeem multiple coupons.
What are the payment ways?
We now accept Paypal , Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover . All are safe, easy and trust-worthy global payment methods. We will also provide some coupon codes at times which will save you pretty much dollars. Kindly pay attention to our subscription newsletter
